CIRCULAR COFFEE ROASTING PROCESS
Systemic design applied to the coffee transformation process.

Open Systems Course | Polytechnic of Turin | In collaboration with Costadoro
The systemic project had as its objective the optimization of the coffee production and transformation process by the Costadoro roasting company, in a perspective of sustainability and circular economy. 
The design strategies include the use of renewable energy and local resources for the supply of packaging materials and the attempt of giving new value to the outputs generated in the process, which thus become inputs for the company itself as well as for other ones nearby. The aim is to reduce the environmental impact of the company and prioritize the well-being of individuals and the community.
